  • Leading Salesforce deals from opportunity identification through to contract signature covering all elements including solutioning, guiding and advising the client on their CRM-journey and delivering
  • Demonstrate expertise in Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methods for Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Understand client's business and offer solutions to address leveraging salesforce.com platforms / offerings.
  • Consult with clients to develop the appropriate value propositions which meet the client objectives
  • Build and maintain professional client relationships
  • Manage and lead Deal teams
  • Collaborate and network across IBM Consulting organisation
  • Assist in business development and pipeline activities

Extensive experience leading sales discussions with clients from executive to C-level, including a proven ability to define and shape winning solutions for clients and how this service is managed

  • Selling and delivering large scale Salesforce engagements
  • Solution mind-set – Ability to connect the dots to conceptualize a solution, value proposition and create a blueprint.
  • Building and maintaining key client relationships.
  • Thorough experience of all project phases and a good understanding of key success activities within each phase especially within the earlier solution phases are desirable.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies.
  • Around or above 7 years of Salesforce experience

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
MBA or Master/Bachelor Degree
SAFe - Scaled Agile
